As already experienced last year, TÜV Rheinland carried out another annual ISO/TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001 surveillance audit with the result, that our company again could prove the effectiveness of its customer orientated management system, which is an important topic in the company and has been demonstrated to be clearly practised by its employees. The successful audit has shown us to be on the right track. This in mind, we feel encouraged to go on looking for continuous improvement, in order to guarantee the high level of customer satisfaction in future, too.
